Argus: Built by Growth Experts. Supercharged by AI
Argus is the platform behind every yes2growth engagement — not a dashboard we hand you, but the system our consultants use to read the market, decide what to create, launch it and measure it honestly.
By The yes2growth team

Argus is the platform running behind everything yes2growth does. It's not a tool we hand you and wish you luck with, it's not a dashboard you log into, configure, and try to make sense of on your own. It's the system our consultants use to run your account: to read the market, decide what to create, launch it, measure it honestly, and know what to fix next. You, as a client, don’t need to use Argus, but you get the outcomes it produces.
The problem we built it for
The real bottleneck in growth is that every decision, what's working in the market, which creative to greenlight, what a number actually means, has always come down to someone's judgment on a given day. Judgment varies by person, and it varies by day. Which means the same account can get a different call depending on who happens to be looking at it that week.
Hiring your way out of that is slow, expensive, and doesn't even solve the problem, you just end up with more people making the same subjective calls. So instead of adding people, we built a system that directs the decision itself, consistently, every time. That's what Argus is.
Getting your data into Argus
Every client gets onboarded onto Argus first, that's step one, before anything else happens.
Where possible, we integrate directly. No manual work, no exports, no lag, your data flows into Argus and consultants are working with it immediately.
Some clients operate under stricter data-governance policies that don't allow direct integration. In those cases, we pull the data from wherever it already lives, such as a BI tool like Tableau, for example, and load it into Argus ourselves. Either way, the outcome for you is the same: once your data is in, the full platform is running on it.
What actually happens once your data is in
This is where it gets good. Argus works as a full marketing intelligence and analytics platform.
AI Skills: The depth of a full analyst team, in a few clicks.
We've built Argus with pre-configured workflows tailored to your specific business type: the exact logic a senior consultant would use to investigate a CpSQL spike, a CPL increase, or a root-cause analysis on underperformance. Because Argus already has all your data sitting inside it, asking a question isn't asking an AI to guess, it's asking a system that runs a tested framework against real numbers. Which market is dragging. Which specific campaign is underperforming. Which keyword should be paused. Not a vague suggestion, a specific, defensible answer with the action attached. On top of the built-in Skills, we layer in Advanced Skills: workflows we've custom-built for a given account, like search query audits, keyword negation and addition, or week-over-week performance checks. This isn't marketing automation that just replaces manual clicks, it's AI marketing technology that reasons over your account the way a senior consultant would. What used to take an analyst an afternoon now runs in minutes.
Alerts: So nothing waits for someone to notice it.
Argus doesn't wait for a consultant to stumble across a problem. You set the cadence, daily, weekly, monthly, or fully custom, and Argus watches. CPL spikes, something breaks, a metric crosses a threshold you care about, it lands on WhatsApp or email the moment it happens, not at the next scheduled check-in. You also get automatic daily morning performance updates, so between the alerts and the daily digest, Argus works like an automated marketing reporting tool, keeping the state of your account visible without anyone having to go pull it together.
Analytics: Everything a consultant needs, in one place.
A full overview of account health, with drilldowns by campaign, campaign type, and market, this is marketing analytics without the manual pull. Periodicity comparisons, day-over-day, week-over-week, month-over-month, year-over-year, so trends are never guessed at from memory. Campaign trend reporting, and fully custom tables when the built-in views don't cut it. This is the same layer our consultants live in every day; it's just built to answer questions in seconds instead of a spreadsheet pull.
Insights: Creative and experimentation, without the guesswork.
Creative Insights shows exactly how your current and past creatives are performing, side by side, so "which ad is actually working" stops being a debate. Experiment Lab is where the next move gets decided, suggestions for what to test next, tracking on experiments already live, and performance analysis once they've run. Growth stops depending on someone's hunch about what to try next.
Competitor analysis: Knowing the market, not guessing at it.
Argus tracks who else is in your market, what they were running, what they're running now, and what's changed between the two. It flags what competitors are actively testing over any time window you choose, and tells you what that means for your own next move. This used to be the kind of research that got done occasionally, if at all. In Argus, it's continuous, an always-on ad intelligence platform that does more than any manual ad spy tool ever could, because it never stops watching.
Why we built it this way
None of this is about handing you more software to manage. Argus is deliberately not a SaaS product you sign up for, log into, and figure out.
It is built so that when one of our consultants sits down on your account, the same caliber of decision gets made, whether it's week one or week fifty, whether it's their first day on the account or their five-hundredth. A framework doesn't have a bad day.
That's the whole point. You're not buying access to a tool. You're getting consultants, the kind of talent most companies can't hire full-time, directed by frameworks that already know what good looks like, running at the speed of software. One of our consultants, using Argus, does the work an entire in-house marketing team would otherwise have to reinvent department by department.
You don't manage the system. You review the outcomes.
We don't sell tools. We own your growth.
